Kristi Freeman, N.P., is proud to provide individualized care to patients throughout Covington, Valdosta, Moultrie, Warner Robins, Leesburg, Douglas, Tifton, and Waycross, Georgia, at The Howard Center.
Kristi was born and raised in Dawson, Georgia, and still lives there now. She received her Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Darton College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Georgia Southwestern. She then received her Master’s Degree in Nurse Practitioner from Walden University.
Before her time at The Howard Center, Kristi worked at a hospital and the Health Department, and her time working specifically in women’s health revealed her passion for this field. She loved being able to hear her patients’ stories and interacting with them every day. Since becoming a part of the team, Kristi has enjoyed the one-on-one interaction she gets with patients. She also loves that, unlike most clinics, we can offer our patients the convenience and security of an on-site surgery center.
“If these patients need something, we don’t have to refer them out. I love that we get to keep them with us and with our people. We get to help them in some of their best times and scariest times, and we want to really be there for them.”
