Savannah Ross, F.N.P., is a certified family nurse practitioner on the team at The Howard Center. She primarily services the Obstetrics department at the Tifton, Georgia, location.
Savannah was born and raised in Douglas, Georgia, and still resides there today. She attended South Georgia State College, completing her Associate of Science degree in Nursing in 2014, followed by her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2016. She attended Columbus State University, receiving her Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2020.
Savannah has six years of nursing experience in labor and delivery and women’s health. She has always gravitated to this area of healthcare and feels most at home when caring for this patient population. Growing up, Savannah’s father had cancer most of her childhood and teenage years. During this time, she was able to see firsthand the importance that healthcare providers can make in people’s lives. She strives to make the same positive difference for her patients.
Savannah loves the privilege of being able to see her patients bring new lives into the world. She loves getting to know her patients and their families and being able to care for them during their pregnancy journey.
“Patients aren’t just a number at the Howard center — they’re family. I have so much gratification and feeling of accomplishment in being in a position to care for my patients and their families on a daily basis.”
