Deidra Printup, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a dedicated family nurse practitioner who cares deeply for the well-being of women. At The Howard Center for Women’s Health, a clinic with 12 offices throughout Georgia, including Covington, Valdosta, Moultrie, Warner Robins, Albany/Leesburg, Douglas, Lawrenceville, Athens, Waycross, Decatur, Tifton, and McDonough, she provides culturally competent care for diverse populations.
Deidra excels in empowering women through shared decision-making to enhance patient-centered care experiences. She values safe, positive, and respectful care for all her patients, whether they seek treatment for abnormal bleeding, PAP smears, or guidance on birth control methods.
Deidra holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LaGrange College in LaGrange, Georgia, and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. She brings expertise in critical thinking, time management, and cultural diversity.
Registered with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Deidra also holds certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring. She is a compassionate provider who values and strives for excellence, always ensuring the best possible outcomes for her patients.
Deidre is currently accepting new patients, specializing in all forms of gynecology care, including endometriosis treatment, menopause, and heavy periods.
