The staff was very friendly. Even though it was a late afternoon appointment the staff was kind. Ms. Luster was attentive to my concerns and addressed them.

Subricca was amazing and she made me very comfortable. The fact she actually took the time to talk and explain everything to me was a huge plus for me. They have just earned a patient for life.

The experience from at the front desk with the clerk who checked me in. To the medical assistant who did my labs, to the nurse practitioner I seen was 100 percent kind, and helpful. Mrs. Mandy was so educational and professional on how to help me with my issues. She found an action plan to help me get on the right road to helping me get well. The Howard center worked very diligently to get me some relief from my pain. The nurses and doctors who took care of me during and after surgery were absolutely wonderful with the best bedside mannners. All staff were a 10/10!! Thank you for Howard Center.

I absolutely enjoyed my visit here. This was my first visit; it was easy to commute to on public transportation, great location, the cleanliness of the exterior and interior is immaculate, I almost lost it when I saw the snack bar lol, the friendliness and knowledge of the staff is superior. They treat you like family and they are SO thorough during your visit. I've been searching for a PCP for a while because I wasn't satisfied with my other provider. So, I made my decision official when my visit was complete that the Howard Center will be my PCP from now on. I even told my sisters about them and encouraged them to book an appointment. I love it here!!! The ladies up front are always nice..the nurses and ultra ladies are sweet and Mrs. Rachelle is the best! After my checkup, we talked about Shein and Temu lol. She's always so happy and upbeat. I've been coming here for years now and I wouldn't go any place else. Highly recommend the Howard Center in Tifton Georgia.

My review is for the staff; the doctor was great, but the staff really made all the difference in the world to me. Everyone was so sweet & gentle which is what you want for your first time at the OBGYN or whatever. It was beautifully decorated in the cutest pinks and fall decor, everyone was patient & kind in tone & demeanor, they were happy to explain everything to me in full detail as it relates to what I was about to experience. The medical assistants were so sweet & had the best “bedside manner”. They were communicative, and just kind. It was a warm environment, nothing like what you expect at the doctors office, & you can tell they actually like working together, and the visitors just experience an overflow of that. I also got a same day appointment which was very convenient for me. I plan on returning, and keeping business with this office for sure. Very professional, very cutesy, very demure. ❤️

For this to be my first time going to a obgyn by myself I was very uncomfortable at first. When I entered, ladies at the desk warmed me up inside and the nurse who called me back was very nice. I loved how my appointment went with my doctor. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The nurses let you know what going too be taking place. And talk with you about any concerns you might be having. Or just scared too ask. So the nurse still give you a clear indication without you being ashamed. And I was told now they’re offering mammograms inside the office and that’s a bigger plus. Every visit was outstanding and they truly loves their patients.

The best ever!!!

The Howard center is pretty good at what they do but Ms Kala Hodges takes it up a notch. The HC set up labs for me on a Friday and within 2 days I had my results. Taylor in the office, set up an appt for me to discuss my results with Ms Kala Hodges. We did a telemed Q&A. She told me what was within norms and what wasn't and made sure I was clear in my understanding about what we were discussing. I was allowed to ask questions and she gave me straight answers. We discussed meds needed or not, supplements and exercise. She called in meds just like she said and within an hour my pharmacy was calling me. I was treated fairly and taken care of in a very professional manner. While talking with Ms Hodges, I felt like we were collaborating about my health instead of her just telling me what's what. I had a voice and I can honestly say I've never had that before. I felt safe, comfortable and I know I'm more than a number. Thank you to the staff at Howard center, especially Ms. Kala Hodges.

My visit went very well today. The front desk staff member was very warm and welcoming and prioritized getting me checked in as quickly as possible (despite being busy with nonstop phone calls). Additionally, I appreciate the NP, Courtney, and how friendly, knowledgeable, and nonjudgmental she is. She made what could have been a stressful visit very comfortable due to her reassurance, expertise, and kind "bedside manner." She treats her patients with the utmost care and respect.

The entire visit to the Howard Center was excellent. The facility is immaculate. All staff (reception, intake nurse, ultrasound tech, phlebotomist, surgery center manager) were professional and patient. All had great communication skills and answered my questions thoroughly. As for Ms. Wilson, in addition to the fore mentioned traits, she is an exemplary caregiver. She has a comforting personality, kind touch, and spoke to me with clear, intelligent explanations…. Howard Center takes some edge off of the lady visit. Everyone was polite. We were offered snack and beverage. The cream of it all was the mammogram room. Diamonds and mirrors, all sparkly! I was seriously impressed. I love having everything right there to get my annual lady visit all taken care of in one place and one visit!

Ms. Hodges made me feel so comfortable at my visit today along with the other staff. Ms. Hodges was caring, very knowledgeable, and took up time to go over my blood work with me as the results came in from lab corp during the visit. She explained thoroughly about alternatives for a problem if my test she ordered resulted in me needing a procedure or medication. Long wait and very, very uncomfortable ultrasound. Staff was very nice and friendly, checking on you while waiting and offering snacks. Check in and check out was quick.

everything was fine, my ultrasound, swab, and vitals. i also asked for a breast exam to be performed just to be safe. she asked if i’ve had any pain and i said no i just wanted to be safe. she ignored my request and left me in the room with my packet to check out at the front desk. i will never come back if they are going to ignore my health wishes.

I love Rose she has taken care of me through the 2 times I had my babies and she was the ultra sound tech for Dr. Dorminy and now she's still taking care of me..she has helped me tremendously with the female things we ladies have to go through..she takes great care of me..she is number 1 in my book

Great experience! They performed a vaginal ultrasound to check ovaries which my prior doctor has not done other than when I was pregnant. Bloodwork was taken to address my concerns around hormones. Atmosphere and staff were very attentive and personal.

I went to the center two times and had very good experiences. The front desk ladies are really welcoming. Tiffany at the upstairs is so friendly. She listens and makes the process easier. The lady who did the ultrasound was very friendly and made me at ease. The staff made the wait time comfortable by providing whatever needed (even though they were running upstairs and downstairs. I received several reminder notifications about my appointment. I drove to Moultrie from Thomasville only to find out when I got there that they needed to reschedule. As many reminders as I received you would think that I could have been notified that I did not need to drive to Moultrie.

The atmosphere was calming, elegant, and I felt pampered. Staff service was A+. I was glad that I chose to make the trip from Patterson, Ga to Tifton.

I did not see her. My appointment was with Mandy who I've seen for years. NO ONE CALLED OR ASKED TO CHANGE MY PERSON. I rescheduled. My nurse was wonderful! I HATE being asked to do urine sample in the waiting room, it's demeaning. Then I was told I could only have an afternoon appointment because of my insurance!!! REALLY? that is age discrimination! I love this practice, but someone is making poor choices! If you'd like further input, plz call me. I was working health-care when the patient bill of rights became a 'thing'.

Ms. Bonnie is the absolute best medical provider that I have ever had. She consistently, through many years, has been there to help me through my medical needs above and beyond what any other provider has. She is patient, aware and careful to prescribe the right meds that actually work. In my experience w other doctors, there has been a lack of concern for anything other than getting me in and out of their office as fast as possible. With previous Drs, there has been a lack of dedication to prescribe meds that will help as opposed to just prescribing something generic. Ms. Bonnie takes the time to listen to me and combine my lab reports with my personal needs. I honestly can not praise her enough for her dedication and expertise... A one in a million gem. I literally fear the day that she may ever retire bc it's very rare for someone like myself to find such trust in the medical profession.

Rose is so caring, direct and has the greatest manner in dealing with problems we females have. She has been an angel to me!’n

Beautiful office and waiting area. Amazing technology having the Koning Vera CT machine. The nursing staff were the loveliest, kindest I’ve ever had. They walked me through the entire process and scan and made me feel at ease. Definitely coming back for my annual breast exam.

I have many mammograms in the past , but this one was the first one I had that made me feel like the Queen that I am. I was thoroughly surprised. Thanks.

I Scheduled my appointment to get a mammogram because I was excited about the New mammogram machine. The office was very crowded that day. I waited an hour before I went back to the new mammogram area. I was scheduled to have a full physical. I went to the mammogram area first the area is extremely nice. The staff is extremely nice. But I went into a room that had the normal mammogram machine I asked the lady about the new mammogram machine and she told me that I guess I was to get the regular mammogram because they scheduled the regular mammogram if you’re insurance doesn’t cover it. I assumed this was correct, but when I inquired when I went to check out, I found out that my insurance does cover it. Why the error was made I’m not quite sure They said it was a scheduling error. I was just disappointed. I was offered to redo the mammogram but declined! Did not have a complete physical because they were extremely busy and I was told they were backed up in the ultrasound department. So I Rescheduled the other half. Staff was very friendly. If you’re going for the new mammogram machine make sure you know if your insurance covers it.

I went to the Howard Center, a very caring organized, professional and clean environment. I have visited previously with no problems but this time was different. I am a college student and arranged for a doctor visit as soon as I got home. I went there because I was itching below and I had scratch to where is was sore below, I didn't know what it was but the attending nurse practitioner made me feel unease, she didn't seem to care. I wanted to discuss the pain I was having during my menstruation but I left that a long. Nurse Milhollin swab me a little rough below and stated she would get back with me in a week, I asked if she could give me some type of cream below for the soreness I had gotten from itching. She sent a prescription in for that, but after discussing it with my mom, she stated I probably have a yeast infection and why would the nurse have you delay the problem for another week. My mother was upset, she stated, medication for the itching should have been given until the results came back. No mom isn't a doctor but throughout the years she have experienced the symptoms and have been going to Howard Center for over 20 years, Mr. Howard delivered me and they have always been very kind, mom stated, one apple isn't going to spoil this bunch, a 24 hour pill could have been given. Now overall, I had a bad experience but the Howard Center is a awesome facility just not the FNP, I will go again
